SimEx-Iwerks & Happy Valley Sign Cooperation Agreement

Shanghai, Nov 7, 2021 – At the signing ceremony of the central enterprise trading group of the 4th China International Import Expo, Happy Valley Group signed a strategic cooperation intention agreement with SimEx-Iwerks Entertainment. Mr. Xiaole He, a member of Happy Valley Group Party Committee and deputy General Manager of Happy Valley Group, and Ms. Yiyun Zhou, chief representative, Greater China, SimEx-Iwerks, attended the signing ceremony.

Happy Valley Group plans to introduce the latest 4D cinema technology and other attractions from SimEx-Iwerks Entertainment. SimEx-Iwerks has over 30 years of experience in attraction design and integration, and has developed a prestigious 4D film catalog with some of the world’s best studios and with the biggest intellectual properties. It has built and operated more than 350 attractions around the world and established cooperative relations with more than 50 parks, science and technology venues and cinematic attractions in China. The introduction of SimEx-Iwerks’ 4D cinema technology supports Happy Valley’s strategic goal of building a world-class theme park industrial group.

Happy Valley Group has partnered with SimEx-Iwerks in establishing 4D theaters in eight Happy Valley theme parks located in Shenzhen, Beijing, Chengdu, Shanghai, Wuhan, Chongqing, Nanjing, Xi’an and a 4D theater in Xiangyang Fantasy Valley.
